Sam is a woman of wonder - she wonders what it would take to make something happen, and then she goes and makes it happen! While living in South Korea with her husband, she found she could make a difference teaching and taking classes to get her master's degree is special education. Since being back in the United States, she is using that education to work with children who are reaping the benefit of her knowledge - and her love. Sam's heart is as big as the great outdoors. . .
Which she also loves. I've only seen pictures, but I know she loves dogs and horses, traipsing through the woods and hills, and being with friends and family. And she especially loves her brother, Kyle. Sam's devotions have centered around this special young man and the love and care that he gets from his family. It's easy to see how Sam's heart opens up to these special kids - and how the kids open up their hearts to her.
Sam has definitely found her calling from God. May He use her talents to bring joy to her students and her readers, alike!
